Website Development / Online Database Support Request

Welcome to Website Development / Online Database Support. The College uses a web-based program called "Web Help Desk" to help us facilitate our support activities. If you need assistance with hardware, software, printing, or network issues, please use the Technology Support Request Form to contact us.
If this is the first time you have used this system, please check to make sure your eMail address is in the system:

  • Type in your last name in the eMail field under Customer Information.  
  • Click on the Check eMail Address button.
  • If you are submitting a request for someone else, please use that person's email address in this field.

    After you click on the Submit Report button, here's what will happen:
   
Help Requests lead to action and follow up.
   
 

 

A ticket will be created in the Web Help Desk program for the customer. An email is immediately sent to the customer and to the appropriate technical support personnel to notify them of your request. The customer will receive an email notice when the request has been completed.
